We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to strategise the full lifecycle of product production, from conception to release, and support business-as-usual (BAU) activities. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior management, engineering, design, customer success, and product experience, to build strategic plans and execute product launches across IOS, Android, and Web while remaining aligned with the commitments and goals of our organization.
Our ideal candidate has fintech and consumer-facing apps experience with a diverse background in B2C and B2B. We especially value experience with e-payments, remittances, and digital mobile wallets or banking. The role is going to be based in London or Remote.
Drive the product and business planning process across cross-functional teams of the company.
Create product roadmaps for product release plans and set expectations for new functionalities for either frontend products or backend systems.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products.
Manage compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process leanings.
Drive product requirements, prioritising feature implementations and improvements.
Communicate product strategy and present reports to key stakeholders.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and providing guidance.
Work with CPO to set the long-term vision and product strategy while working with the Head of Product to build product plans, roadmaps, delivery, and release planning.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Leads all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the product or product line.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Support and direct the product team.
Good knowledge of FinTech or Banking products and services is preferred.
5+ years of product management experience.
Technical background with proven work experience in product management.
Excellent knowledge and experience in using customer-centric product development methodologies such as Design Thinking, Service Design, LEAN, Google Sprint methodology, etc.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and knowledge of Fintech or banking technologies and its products.
